Main principle of plant’s function is consumer satisfaction, which is supported by products issue of high quality, and also by constant study of consumer demands.
In 2007 within the framework of Group Metinvest strategy at PJSC «AVDIIVKA COKE» quality management system was developed and inculcated in accordance with ISO 9001:2000, certified to the correspondence to the requirements of international standard (IS) ISO an international certification company «TNO Sertification B.V.», Kingdom of the Netherlands.
In 2008 and 2009 the plant was successfully audited by supervisory auditers with confirmation of validity of Conformity Certificate.
In May 2010 the international experts-firm «TNO Certification B.V.» represented by auditors conducted the recertification audit of quality management system regarding to the conformance of the requirements stated in international standard ISO 9001:2008.
In 2011 at Avdiivka Coke certificate is transferred by International Certification Body QSCert-Ukraine B.V., the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Certificate of conformity Q-5604/11 is issued.
